Construction Management is a contracting firm with over thirty years of experience in high-end building development and refurbishment. OUR STORY
We have worked with a wide range of clients from domestic extensions to residential developments and refurbishments, through to high spec residential new build along with commercial projects from office refurbishments through to retail, commercial repair and refurbishment projects. We also have undertaken several specialist basement construction projects, External and internal repair and decoration contracts. What helps us to stand out from other contractors is our relationship with all of our specialist sub-contractors including Roofing works ranging from essential maintenance to complete resurfacing including tile, slate, asphalt and felt roofing.

Darren Fowler, BSc, Building Surveying

With over 30 years experience in construction I originally trained as an architect before expanding to other relevant disciplines to become a building surveyor. Therefore this helps us to advise clients on schemes, costing and programming with an enhanced knowledge across the architecture and construction field. This also allows us to fully understand and predict any potential problems that may occur during the construction process, to the attention of the client and their professional representatives.

Angela graduated for the University of East Anglia and has worked with Darren for over 15 years. Experienced in bookkeeping, administration and with a comprehensive knowledge of our clients and supply chain, Angela is likely to be the first person you talk to when you call. She is highly motivated and strives to give excellent customer service.
Joe Hill
Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Management
Having initially worked on-site as a carpenter with City & Guilds qualifications, Joe has been studying to gain a Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
After 5 years with the company and having completed our trainee programme Joe is an energetic Quantity Surveyor and key member of our contracts management team.
We are delighted to have been part of his education and development.
Like most young people Joe has many interests outside of work; Gym, Football, Travel etc

Kevin is a highly experienced, skilled and well rounded Construction and Property Professional with over 40 years experience encompassing Contracting, Design & Build, Development, Civil Engineering, Conservation and Consultancy companies and Private Practice. He is an energetic and versatile individual with QS, contract, commercial, technical, operational, managerial, mentoring and motivational skills.
Kevin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
In his spare time he is a devoted Father & Grandfather and a keen member of the Essex Wild Life Trust.

Akeva Safety Solutions Ltd (Akeva)
provides health and safety consultancy services to Construction Management DF London Ltd fullfilling their duties under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Akeva assists with the development of the Health and Safety Policy and subsequent systems to ensure that health and safety is adequately managed on sites as well as in the office. To monitor the effectiveness of the safety management systems Akeva will, on request, carry out site audits.

A highly experienced Real Estate Professional familiar with the executive management of personnel and the demands of large scale Property Development and Investment
Kevin has a good all round knowledge of the Property Market and direct Project experience across all Property Sectors working with Landowners, Investors and Stakeholders, end users and funds. He has completed major projects of Mixed Use
schemes Internationally and Locally as well as several major Shopping and Leisure Centres, Hotels and Residential both Private, PRS and others.
He has a Degree in Property and Construction and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
